At Body in Mind we are pleased to offer the best instruction in Yoga Therapy, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Restorative and Yoga Strength classes. Our intention is to bring an understanding that yoga is many things to many people . . . physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. The practice is as unique as the individual. We celebrate this amazing quality. Our focus is to bring you a practice that reflects inspiration, growth, transformation and a sense of peace.

Yoga challenges your body, opens your heart, focuses your mind and strengthens your connection to community. Yoga spills over into your daily life, work and relationships. 

Our studio has grown and an amazing community of yogis have called Body in Mind home for the past 4 years. We welcome all existing and new students join us as we practice yoga without judgement, no critique, just openness, interest and awareness. Oh yeah don't forget fun. In the studio we encourage you to laugh, fall over and even talk to the yogi on the mat next to you! See you on the mat.
