Body in Mind Yoga Studio is located in the heart of downtown Moose Jaw. Our studio features original wood floors and amazing tin ceiling. The character of the space is as unique as we all are, we celebrate that! The studio is a cozy, peaceful space where yogis can chill out, relax, meditate, practice yoga and visit with friends. Yoga mats, bolsters, blocks and blankets are available for your use in the studio or you may bring your own. We are happy to offer you a variety of classes that benefit your body, mind and soul! It is amazing to see so many embracing the practice of yoga. Its never to late to register for classes.
