                                    about me ... well I own a beautiful yoga studio in the downtown core of my hometown. I am fortunate to know the most wonderful and uniquely interesting women and gifted yoga teachers. Our team of creative and talented women are a blessing to this yoga community. I am a yoga teacher, wife, mother and a interestingly creative individual 

                                    Tracy began a career in fitness 20 years ago as a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer. Her yoga journey began in 1999 as a means to heal injuries and find balance in a very busy life. 

                                    Tracy is a Certified Yoga Teacher having trained extensively with Maureen Rae E RYT and Sadie Nardini E RYT and Founder of Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga. 

                                    Tracy is a Certified Yoga Tune Up® teacher. Having completed Level 1 certification with the amazing 
                                    Jill Miller Creator of Yoga Tune Up® www.yogatuneup.com

                                    As a Yoga Tune Up® teacher, I "tune in" to the therapeutic aspects of asana which compliments my Core Strength Vinyasa style of teaching and practice. In my core strength vinyasa classes and core strength yoga fusion classes, you will find appropriately placed Yoga Tune Ups® that infuse the practice with strength and healing. I have an interest and passion for teaching Self Massage with Yoga Tune Up®Therapy Balls.
                                    It is heavenly bliss to finish a juicy flow class by rolling out areas such as the Shoulders, Neck, Upper and Lower Back and Hips! 

                                    Tracy's creative and signature Core Strength Vinyasa and Yoga Tune Up® classes shine with a energy that engages the mind, inspires and encourages you to have the courage to be true to yourself. 

                                    In our yoga community, we practice together in support of revealing what is already there inside of you. Each time you step on your mat is an opportunity to learn a little more about yourself and experience the power and essence of yoga. 

                                    Yoga is not about being perfect but making a deeper connection with yourself.

                                    rita beth

                                    Rita teaches from her heart! She has been sharing her love of music, and movement  since 1994.
                                    She is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor through CanFitPro with a MindBody Specialty, and is certified with SPRA for Group Fitness and Older Adults. 

                                    Rita took her Yoga Teacher training with Maureen Rae E RYT of Toronto and also Yoga Therapeutics with Judith Hansen Lasater (author of Relax and Renew). Rita attends the CanFitPro Conference every year in Toronto, and regularly attends various styles of Yoga classes including Kriya Yoga (Ginger Cunes), Kundalini Yoga, and  Meditation Retreats.

                                    At Body in Mind Yoga Studio, Rita teaches the Noon Hour classes, and also the Afternoon "Gentle Yoga"class. Rita is also an Accredited Teacher of T'ai Chi Chih. 


                                    bette mueller 

                                    Bette is a certified yoga teacher, group fitness leader and Exercise for Older Adults leader. She recently retired from a 35-year teaching career primarily at SIAST. She has been certified for yoga instruction by Maureen Rae’s Yoga Studio in Toronto. She teaches and practices yoga in the Vinyasa Flow style.

                                    Bette is a Certified YIN YOGA Teacher, having complete training with Bernie Clark. http://www.yinyoga.com/
                                     
                                    Bette is a native of Marquis where she and her husband have an acreage. She is an avid grower of organic vegetables, native grasses and prairie flowers. Bette is also the proud Gran of 4 robust grandkids.

                                    Teaching yoga is very rewarding. Bette particularly enjoys watching students become stronger in body, mind and spirit and more confident in their new-found flexibility and strength. 
                                     

                                    sherry matwe

                                    Sherry has been teaching yoga since May 2010 after receiving her Training by E RYT and Registered Nurse and renowned Yogi Maureen Rae.

                                    Sherry has taken intensive trainings with Ultimate Wellness Expert Sadie NardinI ERYT and founder of Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga. 

                                    Sherry is a Certified Yoga Tune Up® teacher, having completed Level 1 training with Jill Miller creator of Yoga Tune Up® www.yogatuneup.com

                                    Sherry continues to study under these Yoga influences because they are styles that emphasis anatomy and using the poses to strengthen, floss out tension, and find freedom in the body so that participating in life will be easier, more focused, and light hearted.
