Core Strength Vinyasa  aka CSV 
Explore movement, breath, postures and creative flowing sequences that offer a total body, core & breath connected practice. Optimal benefits & yoga healing for amazing results.  
A wonderful whole body mind transformation. 

Tune Up 
A head to toe health & fitness system combining yoga & body therapy. 
Many benefits of tune up include *  increased overall strength  *  flexibility  *  balance & alignment  *  relieves injuries *  heals damaged muscle tissue  *  improves coordination  *  bolsters immune system  *  reduces fatigue & stress. Amazing benefits and amazing results.

CVS Tune Up 
Total body yoga poses  and flowing sequences .  An effective efficient total body practice . Flowing yoga and tune up body therapy. A very practical approach to your health and wellness.

Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga &  Tune Up compliment each other. Both practices offer mindful body awareness .  CSV is free flowing  & strong   Tune Up is technical yet fun!  A wonderful way to do something good for your whole body and mind and see results as well!

Total Body Fusion 
The best of the best CSV,  tune up and strength exercises . This class is designed to increase overall strength , flexibility , body alignment and total body health.  An effective efficient total body practice .  Optimal benefits , Amazing results.

Noon Yoga
Take  time to take care of yourself. Strengthen, stretch and reduce stress! Leave feeling relaxed, and rejuvenated for the rest of your day. Noon Hour Soul Food.

Level One 
This class is great for those new to yoga and great for those continuing a practice.  Learn yoga basics, breath, meditation and relaxation techniques. If you have never experienced the amazing benefits of yoga or would like to learn more & deepen your practice this is class for you.  Great for all!                                                       

 Relaxation Yoga 
This class is ideal for those new to yoga and continuing students who enjoy a gentle, restorative yoga class. Gentle postures are practiced slowly, with deep awareness. Recommended for people with injuries, insomnia, arthritis or stress-related problems.

Saturday Yoga 
This class offers a uniqueness of its own. A lighthearted class with a little bit of everything we offer. Settle in to your weekend with a practice that will energize you as well and relax you .

Kids / Teen After School Yoga

Yoga Thrive with Carol Wallace 
Yoga thrive is a research-based, therapeutic yoga program for cancer survivors and their support persons. This gentle, 7-week yoga program is based on hatha yoga, but has been modified for cancer survivors- especially those who are experiencing stiffness, pain, stress or fatigue.
