Discover the basics of yoga. This class moves at a gentle pace, introducing basic yoga poses (asana). New students will learn the basics of yoga while all yogis will gain a better understanding of the alignment of the poses, breath, meditation & relaxation techniques. In this class you will explore how to move safely into and out of the poses, as well as how to modify the poses for your body. You will gain a basic understanding of the practice and most importantly; you will learn to steady your body, your breath and your mind.

We will always explore moving in and out of poses safely as well as modifiying each and every pose for your body. Deepen your practice for optimal benefits & yoga healing. Yoga Tune Up®
Yoga Tune Up® improves your overall strength, flexibility and coordination no matter what physical activity you practice. Yoga Tune Up®breaks down the nuts and bolts of human movement using yogic awareness,
conscious relaxation and proper breathing techniques to bring us to a better understanding of how our bodies operate. In a Yoga Tune up® class we take the body apart muscle by muscle in order to put it back together again in a healthier, helpful more balanced way. This teaches us that every part of us needs individual attention; one part out of whack can cause a negative chain reaction throughout the body. Yoga Tune Up® helps heal the wear and tear of everyday life on the body allowing you to live better in your body.

Breathe in Bliss Out by Candle Light
Most of us can easily accelerate from zero to sixty in a heartbeat, but do you know how to "decelerate" from sixty to zero just as fast?
From the soles of your feet to the crown of your head and everywhere in between, you will explore all the micro-regions of your body with the Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls and excavate tension from your joints and tissues. A full-body ‘rolling’ session is followed by a guided focused breathing meditation which will allow you to experience a state of deep, conscious relaxation. You will leave feeling refreshed in body, mind and spirit.
No Yoga experience necessary. Students of all levels are welcome!

Restorative Afternoon Breathe & Heal
Take time for yourself in this class to find emotional and physical balance through restorative movement and visualization with Rita. Breathe new energy into your body and mind to relax and restore your inner and outer self. This class provides nourishing physical asanas, as well as introducing a variety of approaches to calm the mind. When practiced regularly, restorative yoga will help you to heal the effects of chronic mental, emotional and physical stress.
This class is ideal for those new to yoga and continuing students who enjoy a gentle, restorative yoga class. Gentle postures are practiced slowly, with deep awareness. Recommended for people with injuries, insomnia, arthritis or stress-related problems.
Noon Yoga Tune Up® Flow
Strengthen, stretch and reduce stress! Get out of the office or workplace and on to your yoga mat! This 45-minute class is a great pick me up and will help you get through the rest of your day. Energizing Morning Flow
A dynamic sequence of postures that synchronizes breath with movement and integrates core awareness and alignment, as well as strength and flexibility. Sequencing may include sun salutations, standing, arm balancing, inverted, and seated postures.
