In 2008 Body in Mind opened so we could get to know the people that attended classes. Like life Body in Mind has been under construction for a few years. We are growing and evolving in our space just as we all grow and evolve in our yoga practice and our lives.
This space has been created so you can feel at home, learn yoga, explore ways to free your body and mind of stress and pain. Yoga can be practiced anywhere but this space is comfy and relaxed. We are real, we love to talk, we love to laugh and hear your stories. Honest and real you can count on that.
Our studio is like a little home away from your own home that you can be yourself and make friends that share perhaps some of the same problems, fears and worries. We are a community at Body in Mind that celebrates our successes and understands there is no such thing as a bad practice. Sometimes are hearts are not into it, some days we are just plain tired, its life. So we reflect instead on what was going on and learn something from it, or maybe not. Nothing has to be perfect. Showing up for yourself counts!
Know you are welcomed into Body in Mind where we won't judge you or critic you. We will not feed you any philosophy you don't want to hear, we will share ideas, inspiration and love with you!
