Whether you want to just renew & breathe, regain flexibility & strength, or get in a total body workout like no other we have the perfect class for you! Not to mention the only infrared hot yoga studio in town! 

Our Philosophy is simple: we love to practice yoga and have fun. Its natural to feel apprehensive about beginning a new activity let alone yoga. We want you to feel comfortable joining us in the studio and we will be sure your experience is the best. 


Everyone is welcome to our studio, all levels, first timers to daily yogis. Drop ins welcome. 

Our teachers are passionate about yoga and hope to make your experience just right for you. 

We love to talk about all the benefits of practicing yoga and how our philosophy and style will not only make you feel wonderful but you will learn safe and effective ways to move your body, increase your awareness and build the strength and flexibility you need to move with ease throughout your days.

4 weeks of yoga bootcamp to boost your metabolism and

Each Wednesday Morning we will meet at a different park through out the city. Parks will be posted on the website.

about body in mind

In 2008 Body in Mind opened so we could get to know the people that attended classes. Like life Body in Mind has been under construction for a few years. We are growing and evolving in our space just as we all grow and evolve in our yoga practice and our lives. 

This space has been created so you can feel at home, learn yoga, explore ways to free your body and mind of stress and pain. Yoga can be practiced anywhere but this space is comfy and relaxed. We are real, we love to talk,  we love to laugh and hear your stories. Honest and real you can count on that. 

Our studio is like a little home away from your own home that you can be yourself and make friends that share perhaps some of the same problems, fears and worries. We are a community at Body in Mind that celebrates our successes and understands there is no such thing as a bad practice. Sometimes are hearts are not into it, some days we are just plain tired, its life. So we reflect instead on what was going on and learn something from it, or maybe not. Nothing has to be perfect. Showing up for yourself counts!

Know you are welcomed into Body in Mind where we won't judge you or critic you.  We will not feed you any philosophy you don't want to hear, we will share ideas,  inspiration and love with you! 

We learn from you and we are inspired by you, so bring it on!

Yoga is not about being perfect but making a deeper connection with yourself.   


We can together support one another on this journey and realize we are not alone.
