Refund Policy
- Specialty Classes + Workshops: Specialty classes and workshop fees are non refundable except in cases of cancellations made by Body in Mind Yoga Studio.
- Yoga Session Packages: This includes class packages, class passes and unlimited classes.
- All classes are non refundable.
- Session fees: non refundable, except for medical reasons, in which case we may ask for a doctors note.
- Session fees are for a 8 week duration ( dates are indicated for each session
- Missed classes may be carried over to a session ONLY when you register and pay full fees for the new session. This is considered renewal of your studio membership.
We love to be generous with yoga classes and graciously extend this invitation to make up missed classes!
- Session registration may be transfered, but may not be put on hold.
- NEW: Unlimited Class Passes with 6 MONTH Auto Renewal is an affordable way to commit to your yoga practice and to join in as many classes each week as you like. Each month your Unlimited Pass will auto renew, convenient and easy. You can suspend 1 month during your commitment and extend 1 month. Please contact the studio to set up your auto renewal program
- NEW: Student 2 week Unlimited Pass is available to NEW Students Only. You may sample all of our classes and upgrade your studio membership to a package that suits your needs. This is a wonderful opportunity to find the class/classes that are appropriate and convenient for you.
