Refund Policy
Yoga Session Packages: This includes class packages, class passes and unlimited classes. 
All classes are non refundable.

Session fees are non refundable, except for medical reasons, in which case we may ask for a doctors note.

Session fees are only refundable up to 14 days as of the date the session commences or as of the date the class package is purchased, after that they may be transferred to another person. Session fees are for a 10 week duration ( dates are indicated for each session) 

Missed Classes: Effective February 2012 .
Missed classes may be carried over to a session ONLY when you register and pay full fees for the new session. This is considered renewal of your studio membership. 

We love to be generous with yoga classes and graciously extend this invitation to make up missed classes! 

Session registration may be transfered, but may not be put on hold. 

Specialty Classes + Workshops: Speciality classes and workshop fees are non refundable except in cases where medical concerns exist or changes or cancellations are made by Body in Mind Yoga Studio. Any refunds granted will pro-rated based the number of classes remaining in the speciality session or workshop term.

Body in Mind Yoga Studio often provides links to other organizations’ websites. Unless we say otherwise, a link to another website does not mean that we are responsible for, or that we endorse the content or policy of that website.When you provide information at one of those sites, you are subject to that sites privacy policy. We encourage you to read that website’s policy before submitting any information if you have concerns about how information may be collected or used.

If a refund is required it is subject to a $35.00 administration fee.
