Tracy Crooks

Tracy began a career in fitness in 1992 teaching aerobics & strength fusion classes throughout Moose Jaw.

In April 2008, Tracy opened Body in Mind Yoga Studio. Tracy’s style of yoga is Core Strength Vinyasa, a creatively flowing, energetic and sometimes vigorous, core connected practice. 

Tracy’s journey and passion for yoga began more than 11 years ago. As a Fitness Instructor, Can Fit Pro Personal Trainer and Certified Yoga Teacher, Tracy brings creativity, knowledge, mindfulness and understanding to this core connected style of yoga.

In Fall of 2009, Tracy attended The International Yoga Conference in Vancouver to further her yoga training. She also presented in November at the Sask Fit Conference in Regina.

Rita Beth

Rita teaches from her heart! She has been sharing her love of music, and movement  since 1994.
She is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor through CanFitPro with a MindBody Specialty, and is certified with SPRA for Group Fitness and Older Adults. 

Rita took her Yoga Teacher training with Maureen Rae of Toronto and also Yoga Therapeutics with Judith Hansen Lasater (author of Relax and Renew).  Rita attends the CanFitPro Conference every year in Toronto, and regularly attends various styles of Yoga classes including Kriya Yoga (Ginger Cunes), Kundalini Yoga, and  Meditation Retreats.

At Body in Mind Yoga Studio, Rita teaches the Noon Hour classes, and also the Afternoon "Gentle Yoga" class.Rita is also an Accredited Teacher of T'ai Chi Chih.

Bette Mueller

Bette is a certified yoga teacher, group fitness leader and Exercise for Older Adults leader. She recently retired from a 35-year teaching career primarily at SIAST. She has been certified for yoga instruction by Maureen Rae’s Yoga Studio in Toronto. She teaches and practices yoga in the Vinyasa Flow style.

Bette is a native of Marquis where she and her husband have an acreage. She is an avid grower of organic vegetables, native grasses and prairie flowers. Bette is also the proud Gran of 3 robust grandkids.

Teaching yoga is very rewarding. Bette particularly enjoys watching students become stronger in body, mind and spirit and more confident in their new-found flexibility and strength.

Tana Rowe

Tana started her fitness journey in 1992.  She taught all types of fitness classes at numerous gyms in Regina before making a move to Moose Jaw in 1994 where she continues to teach today. 

Tana’s passion is her family. She has an amazing husband and two wonderful boys. She has been an educator for 16 years and is currently teaching at Peacock Collegiate. 

Tana’s passion for living a healthy lifestyle makes yoga a natural fit into her fitness regime. She began practicing yoga with Tracy’s encouragement.  Tana attended the yoga certification workshop, with Maureen Rae, in the spring of 2009 and was hooked.

Tana’s blend of Core Strength Vinyasa Flow and knowledge of muscle training brings a unique element to all her classes.
