Before Class
During Class

Please be advised that you should contact your doctor before beginning any exercise program.
- Arrive 10-15 minutes early to find parking, sign in and familiarize yourself with our studio.
- All classes are best practiced on an empty stomach. Try not to eat any heavy meals 2-3 hours before class.
- Classes are practiced barefoot. Upon entering the studio, leave your shoes in the designated areas.
- Turn off all electronic devices that may be disruptive to others.
- Leave all personal belongings at home, or in the designated storage areas of the studio.
- Avoid wearing perfume or any scents.
- Arrive on time for your class.
- Advise the instructor of any injury or medical condition (including pregnancy) before class starts.
- Keep voices low while in the studio, reception area and hallway
- Wear light-weight and comfortable clothes to class so you can move easily
During Class
- Remember to pick up and neatly put away props used during the class.
- To maximize benefits from your practice, stay for a full savasana, the final relaxation pose.
- Use a yoga mat and clean your mat after every class
- Go at your own pace. Be gentle and respectful towards your body, your yoga is about doing what is right for your body. It is always ok to modifiy any pose so it is right for you.
- Drink plenty of water before and after each class
