                                    This workshop empowers any-body-based discipline and of any level of fitness to adopt a simple and effective self-care regimen.People of every level of fitness gain awareness of their own anatomy to build their confidence and ability to live PAIN FREE!  Yoga Tune Up® approaches the body as a living archaeological dig, probing layers of muscle, tendons, connective tissues and joints, ultimately excavating unhealthy tension patterns and creating long lasting physiological relief and balance.

                                     
                                    Yoga Tune Up® helps heal the wear and tear of everyday life on the body allowing you to live better in your body. 
                                    Yoga Tune Up® improves your overall strength, flexibility and coordination no matter what physical activity or style of yoga you practice. Yoga Tune Up® breaks down the nuts and bolts of human movement using yogic awareness, conscious relaxation and proper breathing techniques to bring us to a better understanding of how our bodies operate. In a Yoga Tune up® class we take the body apart muscle by muscle in order to put it back together again in a healthier, helpful more balanced way. 

                                    This teaches us that every part of us needs individual attention; one part out of whack can cause a negative chain reaction throughout the body.

                                    Breathe In Bliss Out Workshop 
                                    No Yoga experience necessary. Students of all levels are welcome!

                                    Most of us can easily accelerate from zero to sixty in a heartbeat, but do you know how to "decelerate" from sixty to zero just as fast?

                                    From the soles of your feet to the crown of your head and everywhere in between, you will explore all the micro-regions of your body with the Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls and excavate tension from your joints and tissues.  A full-body ‘rolling’ session is followed by a guided focused breathing meditation which will allow you to experience a state of deep, conscious relaxation. You will leave feeling refreshed in body, mind and spirit.


                                    Hip Heaven Workshop 
                                    No Yoga experience necessary. Students of all levels are welcome! Great for pre and post natal mamas. 

                                    Everyday activities and our work require the hips to be flexible and strong but repeated improper alignment and create pain and injury. This Yoga Tune Up® hip heaven class will guide you through playful and challenging techniques that create spaciousness in the hip joint, increase your range of movement, and show you how to align yourself with new healthful posture and hip freedom.

                                    Discover the path to strong and supple shoulders with this accessible class that’s appropriate for all experience levels.

This Yoga Tune Up® shoulder shape up class will guide you through playful and challenging techniques that will create spaciousness in the shoulder joint, increase your range of movement and show you how to align yourself with consistent precision.




                                    Learn the Power of Self Massage
                                    No Yoga experience necessary. Students of all levels are welcome!Yoga Therapy balls offer self-massage techniques exclusive to Yoga Tune Up®. This method of self-care deeply massages areas of tension, adhesion and blind spots. Mobility is increased; muscles are rehydrated, refreshed, rejuvenated and relaxed. 

                                    Yoga Tune Up ® Head-to-toe techniques create profound change in the rotator cuff, upper back, neck, jaw, hips, lower back, IT band, calves and feet.  In this class you will experience specialized ball rolling techniques that penetrate into common high tension/stress and injured areas to help release adhesions, generate circulation   and relieve pain.
